This Ambassador of the European Union to Malaysia , Michalis Rojas is a no nonsense person. He had responded to a letter published by NSTP on March 25 on the same issue posted by a netizen. When KJ accused the European Union of hoarding vaccines a few days ago , his response was immediate and public . It was a public statement and not a diplomatic exchange with our Foreign Ministry.
The ambassador did not indulge in abstract explanations, he came out hard-hitting with facts and figures which only prove that your complaint simply does not add up. And for an ambassador to use the term “a baseless claim” must be a sharp departure from diplomatic niceties.
